This role belongs to the Marketing & Sales team, and you will be based at our headquarters in Västerås. Here we work in an unpretentious environment where we help each other, with short decision-making paths and close proximity to both colleagues and customers.

Working as a Technical Sales Engineer means having contact with customers and our distributors worldwide. You guide them in choosing various technical components for customer-specific robot solutions. Here you will work closely with one of our experienced employees, which gives you excellent opportunities to grow into the role and learn our products in depth. You will also collaborate closely with our R&D department and other colleagues across the company.

Examples of tasks:

• Provide technical support and advice to customers and distributors via email and phone.
• Analyze customer needs and develop technical solutions tailored for specific robot applications.
• Design and present solution proposals through simple CAD drawings.
• Collaborate closely with R&D in mechanics, electrical, and electronics to verify solutions and manage technical changes.
• Develop and quote commercially viable and technically competitive solutions.
• Contribute improvement suggestions and ideas for further development of products and applications.
• Collaborate with design, production, and sales to ensure high quality, efficient workflows, and high customer satisfaction.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic and technically advanced environment where problem-solving and customer contact are a natural part of everyday life. You have an analytical and structured work approach, with the ability to quickly understand technical challenges and translate customer needs into well-functioning solutions. You are curious, open to new ideas, and meticulous in your documentation. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing. Knowledge of Spanish and/or German is a plus.

You preferably have experience in technical support, preferably within automation, robotics, or related fields. Basic knowledge of mechanical design is important, and experience with SolidWorks is an advantage. Competence in electrical systems is a plus, as well as general robot knowledge. A suitable background for the role could be as a robot installer, robot operator, or service technician within industrial robots. However, the most important thing is that you enjoy a role that combines technical solution sales, close collaboration internally and externally, and clear and structured documentation.
