We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a long-term consulting assignment with a client in the defense industry in Arboga. The assignment lasts for approximately one year and is suitable for those with extensive experience in forecasting, material planning, and supply chain in complex environments.

About the position

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will have overall responsibility for long-term and strategic planning. You will act as the forecasting manager and play a central role in ensuring that the business meets its commitments in both the medium and long term. The role involves close collaboration with several parts of the organization and requires strong analytical skills as well as experience in presenting decision-making materials to management.

Your main responsibilities

Responsible for forecasting materials and resources for workshops.
Analyze and present forecasts to the management team and other parts of the organization.
Identify, drive, and implement improvement initiatives within planning and processes.
Work closely with several departments in a role with many interfaces.
Support with training and communication regarding business systems.
Conduct analyses of inventory balances and future supply needs.
Continuously analyze the inflow of maintenance objects, material needs, and update forecasts.
Work with material driving and inventory management.

Who are you?

Experience with IFS and/or Antura (highly meritorious).
Experience in adapting and developing functionality in business systems.
Solid background in inventory management, stock replenishment, and material driving.
Experience in inventory optimization and Supply Chain.
Strong analytical skills and experience working data-driven.
Ability to work structured and independently in complex environments.
