+46 is a mobile operator that has been around since 2010 and is located in Kopparlunden in central Västerås. The company provides mobile services, switch solutions, driving logs, and other communication solutions to small and medium-sized businesses throughout Sweden.

There are also other areas within the company that work with resellers, partners, and operators.

The job involves supporting our customers with topics related to their telephony, billing, and other services we provide. You will answer incoming calls and emails from customers. The opportunity to take responsibility for your own tasks will come over time, and we constantly work together as a team.

The role of customer service representative gives you a great opportunity to develop in communication, administration, and service. Additionally, the employment starts with thorough training to teach you what you need to know to feel comfortable in your new role. The position is 100% and begins with a 6-month probationary period with the possibility of permanent employment.

Examples of tasks:

- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers and partners.

- Number porting between Swedish mobile operators.

- Reseller support and order management.

- Technical support for partners.

- Development and training in systems.
