Order Processor for International Customer Service
Are you a structured team player with a technical interest and experience in international customer service? Our client, a world-leading player in industrial solutions, is now looking for an order processor to join their team in Sala. Here you will play a key role at the heart of the business, responsible for the entire chain – from order placement to delivery of complex pumps.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As an order processor, you will play a central role in managing complex orders for pumps. The role involves being involved in the entire order chain, from creation to delivery, and acting as a key contact point both internally and externally. You will be part of a team of five people also based in the Sala office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
The role of order processor means that you will handle the entire order flow for complex pumps, from initial draft to completed delivery. You will work in a global environment with frequent contacts both internally and externally.
- Create order drafts and manage orders in the company's internal system (PST).
- Coordinate the order flow with internal departments such as design and planning.
- Monitor and ensure the progress of the order throughout the process.
- Communicate daily with international sales offices and external partners.
- Be responsible for order management of pumps in SAP.
- Maintain close contact with internal departments globally.
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient order management process.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Holds a high school diploma or higher.
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Has good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Has basic knowledge of SAP.
- Has a strong customer focus and service mindset.
- Has a proactive drive and interest in learning.

- A technical background or a genuine technical interest.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Worked in an international company.
