The recruitment is carried out in collaboration with Jefferson Wells, but you will be directly employed by Gnutti Carlo.

The Role - where business acumen meets technical understanding As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for some of our largest and most strategic customer accounts within Automotive, primarily in heavy vehicles. You will drive business development forward through close dialogue, business analysis, and by coordinating internal resources to create value for the customer.
You will have full responsibility for profitability, contracts, negotiations, and the development of customer relationships - from the first customer contact to the finished product. The role involves regular contact with customers across Europe and some travel to our customers and Gnutti factories in North America.
- You are the technical responsible for your segment globally
- Expect 60-80 travel days/year and an optimal location could be around Mälardalen or in Östergötland
- In Sweden, we are four KAMs, and you will also collaborate with our KAM colleagues in other countries
You will work closely with project management, production, technology, and other business teams to ensure that customer needs are met with the right quality, cost level, and delivery precision.

Who we are looking for You are business-minded and communicate clearly, build relationships with ease, and thrive in a role where you can combine analysis, business logic, and technical interest. It is important that you can hold professional meetings in both Swedish and English; other languages are a plus.
Key experiences that we prioritize in our selection:

- Ability to be present in our factories in Kungsör and Södra Vi, the majority being in Kungsör
