Summer Job as a Salesperson at Systembolaget in Norberg

We are now looking for someone to join our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Norberg. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The employment will last through the summer months and the position is approximately 20 hours per week.

Work may occur in the stores of Skinnskatteberg and Norberg, as both stores share a Store Manager and staff.

The position is set to start in mid-May.

In your role as a salesperson with us

The work in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, operate the cash register, work in the warehouse, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant meetings characterize the work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (at least 20 years old) to meet customers who can shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, from 06:00 at the earliest to 22:00 at the latest in June, July, and August.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us achieve our common goals.
• Has a flexible mindset, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the possibilities that modern digital tools create.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in a service role and/or with food and drinks.
