We are now looking for you who want to work as a store manager at Circle K Västerås Hammarbyrampen. The position is permanent with an initial six-month probationary period. To be considered for the position, you need to have a driver's license. Here you have great opportunities to develop and, above all, the chance to inspire others to grow along the way! You and the team work together with the daily routines of the station, with one thing in common: The customer is always the focus! Our Store Managers currently have an average salary of 38,140 SEK/month. Your exact salary level is based on your previous experience in retail and leadership. The position is also currently eligible for a car allowance of 2,100 SEK/month and bonuses paid quarterly. Does this sound interesting? About You:

You are a team player – you put the team before yourself

You want to learn new things and develop.
You find it most fun to be out in the store but also enjoy the administrative tasks.
You have at least two years of leadership experience in service, retail, or restaurant.
You have documented sales experience with good results.
You have experience from working in a larger chain.
You have at least a high school education or equivalent.
You are at least 18 years old and have a B driver's license for manual cars.

About the Position:

Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday with a 40-hour work week.
Collective agreement for salaried employees from Unionen.
