Do you want to help develop our services for children and young people within support functions?

In 2026, short-term care will have new fine facilities, and an LSS children's home will open.

As a support educator within LSS children's services in Essunga Municipality, you will play a key role in starting up and developing the services together with the unit manager. You will work in a flexible and creative environment where your pedagogical skills are highly valued. In our small municipality, you will see clear results from your work and have the opportunity to directly influence the operations.

Job Responsibilities

As a support educator, you create a meaningful and stimulating stay for children and young people with various needs. You plan and implement educational activities, provide individual support, and guide your colleagues.

Your pedagogical insight and ability to inspire others are central, and you will have the opportunity to influence the content and direction of the operations.

The position involves evening and weekend work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is confident, independent, and flexible. You find it easy to collaborate, communicate clearly, and make well-founded decisions. You have good pedagogical understanding, are structured and creative, and possess specialist knowledge in the field.
