In 2026, short-term care will receive new, beautiful facilities, and an LSS children's home will open.

As a support assistant within LSS children's services in Essunga Municipality, you will be involved in starting up and developing the services. You will work in a flexible and creative environment where your pedagogical skills are highly valued. Job Responsibilities

As a support assistant, you create a meaningful and stimulating stay for children and young people with various needs. You work together with colleagues and support pedagogues to carry out educational activities.

The position involves varying working hours with day, evening, and weekend shifts as well as night shifts with sleeping duty according to the schedule.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is stable and confident in themselves. You are flexible and can quickly adapt when the operation requires it. You are also loyal and have a strong work ethic.
