JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you looking for a meaningful and varied job with the opportunity to make a difference? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are currently seeking female personal assistants who are responsible and want to be part of a team to create stability and security for our users!

The work as a personal assistant involves various tasks to assist the individual in their daily life. This includes common household tasks such as laundry and cooking, personal care, medication management according to delegation, and activities. The work also includes documentation and collaboration within the professional network surrounding the individual.

Your workplace is in the individual's home or at activities outside the home, which means you are given a great deal of trust that requires consideration and respect for the individual's integrity and independence.

As a person, you are secure, calm, and have a good empathetic ability and understanding of integrity. You have a respectful approach and provide good service in all situations. You can adapt and prioritize your work according to needs.

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, sleeping on-call, and weekend shifts. We base this on the user's decisions and may need to adjust working hours as changes occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

It is advantageous if you have experience in similar work as well as knowledge of physical disabilities and experience with transfer aids/lifting techniques. It is also beneficial if you have relevant education, such as a care and nursing program or similar education that the employer deems equivalent. Personal suitability will be highly valued.

As a person, you are calm, secure, and responsible. You have good collaboration skills and are good at listening to the person you are working for.

You should be comfortable expressing yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish, as communication and documentation are important parts of the job. If you have experience with sign language, signs as support, and AAC, it is a plus.

Since you will be working in places where public transportation may be lacking and may need to travel between different homes, a driver's license is required, and access to a personal car is strongly desired.

When working in the individual's home:
