We are now looking for two employees, one family home secretary for our emergency group and one family home secretary for our permanent group.

The assignment involves close collaboration with social workers in the Child and Family department and the Child Secretary unit. We sit together, which has contributed to the good cooperation we have between the units, including joint full days and method days with the Child Secretary unit.

In the emergency group, you will be part of a workgroup with 4 family home secretaries, and you will have a senior social worker for daily support. The assignment includes recruiting, investigating, and guiding our emergency homes. The tasks are varied, and a high degree of flexibility and good cooperation skills are required. We have many experienced emergency homes, and we offer our emergency homes group guidance every other week.

In the permanent group, you will be part of a workgroup with 12 family home secretaries, and you will have a senior social worker for daily support. The assignment includes recruiting new family homes, investigating, and guiding family homes with ongoing placements. You will work both independently and in a team with child secretaries. We have trained Marte Meo therapists, group guidance groups, mentor families, etc.

Documentation included in both assignments consists of investigations, record-keeping, follow-ups, and materials for the social committee. You will also handle contracts and finances.

In both groups, in addition to method guidance, you will also be part of an external process guidance group with your colleagues. The permanent group also has collegial guidance every other week.

The work mainly takes place during office hours, Monday to Friday, but some evening work may occur.

Additionally, the unit consists of two senior social workers, three social workers in contact operations, and a unit manager. The work environment is characterized by helpfulness and joy at work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position. Experience in family home care or working with children and youth in social services is an advantage.
