The client is a social and engaged person with a great interest in music and photography. We are looking for someone who is flexible and can work as needed. We seek someone with experience in personal assistance, who has good physical strength, and who is calm and secure. The client lacks verbal communication, which means you need to be social, attentive, observant, and skilled at interpreting facial expressions. You need to follow the instructions and routines in place as they create a sense of security in his daily life.

The client needs help with, among other things, transfers, dressing and undressing, household chores, and personal hygiene.

What does the job of a personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a functional variation. There, you help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help another person's daily life function.

We have clients of different ages and with various functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to a person being able to live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world.

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be just the assistant we are looking for.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.

• be able to understand and be understood in Swedish.

• be able to work flexible hours - days, evenings, and weekends. Some of our services also require you to be able to work nights.

• have experience in care and assistance. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
