We at Edge of Talent are now looking for a senior validation leader/validation expert for our client Plantvision, one of the Nordic region's leading competence companies in quality, regulatory compliance, and digitalization in the Life Science sector.

About the role

As a senior validation leader/validation expert, you will take a central role in Plantvision's assignments within Pharma and Biotech. You will be responsible for leading, driving, and ensuring the quality of validation work in larger and more complex projects.

Examples of responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP.

- Develop validation strategies and documentation.

- Lead CSV work according to GAMP.

- Validate systems such as production-related systems, lab systems, eQMS/ERP/LIMS, FMS, Historian.

- Requirements specification, risk management, and documentation.

- Manage deviations, CAPA, and change requests.

- Provide advice and mentorship.

Who we are looking for

- University degree in a relevant field.

- Experience from Pharma/Biotech.

- Experience in CSV/GAMP.

- Experience with quality management systems.

- Fluent in Swedish and English.
