About the position

We are now seeking a personal assistant for a wheelchair-bound man living in Herräng. The position is a part-time employment for work as needed and during the absence of regular staff, with the possibility of more work during the summer period. Your tasks will include supporting daily routines, household chores, various types of transfers, personal hygiene, meals, and dressing and undressing.

Working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM, on both weekdays and weekends.

About the customer

This man has a great interest in fishing, working on cars, dining out, and watching TV. He is in his 50s and speaks for himself.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our customer. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you, who are applying for this position, are a person who is attentive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the customer. This can be decisive in the final selection.

Requirements:

• Possess a B driver's license and have access to your own car,

• Have fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written,

• Are not allergic to pets, as there is a cat in the customer's home.

It is meritorious if you:

• Have completed a healthcare-related education,

• Have experience in care and support, especially in personal assistance.

Scope: Extra/on demand. Number of positions: 1. Start date: Immediately. Selection and interviews will be ongoing, and the position will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
