ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client's business involves measuring energy consumption for customers and then managing measurement-related deviations in both internal systems and with customers. In this role, you will work with payroll administration for all of the client's operations in Sweden. There are two payroll teams working on payroll management. The team plans and prioritizes the work together.

This responsibility includes the following tasks:

  • Payroll administrative work, i.e., payroll preparation, handling payroll-related issues, quality controls, reconciliations, taxes, and system-related tasks
  • Tasks related to payroll as well as quality assurance and development of processes and working methods

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has at least a completed upper secondary education in payroll, accounting, or HR with a focus on payroll
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in payroll work, preferably within a larger company/corporation
  • Experience with the entire payroll process and improvement and project work

It is an advantage if you have:

  • SAP or other larger payroll systems.
  • Experience with the case management system Service Now
