We are looking for an HR consultant for our client in Solna, who operates within the municipal sector. The position runs from 2025-03-15 to 2025-09-15 (6 months), with the possibility of extension. The working hours can be discussed and are between 80-100%. The work takes place during office hours at the client's premises near Solna center. There is an opportunity for remote work up to 2 days a week.Your tasks

In this position, you will work with ongoing management, support, and further development of the client's competency portal and module for employee conversations. The competency portal is the client's Learning Management System (LMS), where training is gathered to support the organization in creating and managing the training offerings. Examples of tasks include:

  • Ongoing system administration and updates
  • Further development of guidelines, guides, and course templates
  • Support and training for users and system administrators of the competency portal
  • If necessary, create online training
  • Further development and ongoing system administration of the client's new module for employee conversations
  • Support and monitoring of the support mailbox
  • Responsibility for forums and networks for system administrators in respective departments

Your qualifications

  • An academic degree from a human resources program or an equivalent education that we assess as comparable
  • High IT competence
  • Experience working with course administration in an LMS (Learning Management System), preferably Grade

We are looking for someone with a high level of engagement for digital HR tools and learning, as well as knowledge of how to design pedagogical and engaging e-learning courses. You are self-driven, have good pedagogical insight, and can easily understand the various parts of the system support. Furthermore, you are skilled at structuring and organizing your work. The position involves many contact points, which means you need to be collaborative and solution-oriented. You also need to have the ability to build trust, be a good communicator, and have a high quality and service mindset in your work.
