Join our team

At Epiroc, you'll join a dynamic group dedicated to innovation and collaboration. The Attachments Division (ATD) is looking for an Operations Controller to be part of the Global ATD Business Management and Controlling team. ATD has 15 manufacturing sites comprising newly acquired and Epiroc production sites, and this role will take ownership of aligning processes, consolidating results, and proactively following up on deviations.

Your mission

The mission of the ATD Operations Controller is to actively support and take full ownership of operational control and finance. This means ensuring robust internal controls and providing quality-assured, timely financial and non-financial data to understand the organization's position relative to targets. By identifying issues like under-absorption early, analyzing deviations, ensuring the operational integration of newly acquired business lines, and implementing corrective actions, the Operations Controller enhances efficiency and ensures all operations align with ATD's financial stability and strategic goals.

Your profile

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential, with experience in financial control, budgeting, forecasting, and operational management. Proficiency in project management and a proven track record in cross-functional collaboration are required. Experience in integrating new acquisitions and driving process improvements is also important.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a collaborative approach, adaptability in dynamic environments, and a commitment to continuous improvement. A focus on performance, a willingness to challenge the status quo, and upholding integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct are crucial for success in this role. In addition to that, our ideal candidate possesses:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years as a Controller in a manufacturing environment, with significant experience in product costing and profitability analysis.
  • At least 2 years in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial analysis, project costing, and financial controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SyteLine, MS Dynamics, SAP, Infor M3) preferred.

Location and other

This position is located in Stockholm, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
