About the role In this role, you will work as a consultant on exciting assignments for both private companies and public organizations. You will be responsible for driving various types of projects that have a clear business benefit and ensuring that the solutions implemented are truly used and create value.

You will, for example:

• Plan, lead, and follow up projects from start to finish.
• Ensure project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with managers and employees at various levels within client organizations.
• Drive projects that contribute to efficiency and customer benefit.

Since this is a new business area within ArkivIT, you will have the opportunity to help shape this exciting new field.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in managing IT-related projects, preferably in environments with complex change needs.
• Experience in change management and the ability to navigate organizations at multiple levels.
• A strong interest in business development and creating solutions that are used and make a difference.
• Experience in leading feasibility studies, such as requirement specification and investigation.
• The ability to quickly solve problems, prioritize, and act when needed.
• Experience in project budgeting, planning, and reporting.
• Experience working both strategically and operationally in projects.

It is a plus if you have:

• Certifications or training in project management, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.
• Experience working with businesses in both the private and public sectors.
• Knowledge of agile project management or experience with frameworks like Scrum and SAFe.
• Previous experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with business development in connection with IT projects.
• Expertise in implementing and migrating IT systems.
• If you have experience in IT security, that is an extra plus.

You are also attentive and communicative, good at listening to different perspectives and creating clarity in dialogues, which fosters collaboration among stakeholders.
