Business Analyst Sustainability

As a Business Analyst Sustainability, you have a unique opportunity to drive change and improvement efforts and challenge the status quo to achieve successful results in our sustainability work. The role is varied and has a broad scope, where you will be part of an engaged and passionate team working on some of our most important issues. Your strategic ability will be a crucial factor in continuing to develop our sustainability work, where you will closely collaborate with other functions within the organization. In this role, you will report to Sustainability and Quality Manager Naznoush Habashian and Team Leader Sustainability Environment - Gustav Eriksson. Your organizational affiliation is within the Logistics business area, but you will work cross-functionally with all departments.

What you will do

  • Collect and analyze results of non-financial data.
  • Develop and provide materials and recommendations related to strategic decisions.
  • Participate in developing roadmaps related to climate reduction and measure the performance of the Swedish operations against set climate goals.
  • Ensure that the calculation models we use regarding performance and results adhere to the correct standards.
  • Systematically develop routines for monitoring environmental performance in collaboration with other departments.
  • Act as an advisory and guiding resource on issues related to climate calculations for internal departments.
  • Compile both internal and external reports.
  • If necessary, represent PostNord Sweden in external contexts, e.g., in dialogue with market stakeholders.
  • Contribute sustainability expertise in business development.

What you bring

  • University degree in sustainability, economics, management, or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, management consultant, Controller, or equivalent experience in analytical and strategic work.
  • Previous involvement in developing roadmaps and strategic change or action plans.
  • Experience in reporting and compiling summary reports and forecasts.
  • Experience working with regulations related to sustainability, ISO standards, or equivalent is highly meritorious.
  • Experience from working in larger matrix organizations.
  • Previous collaboration with auditors is desirable.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
