We are looking for an Employer Branding Specialist!

Are you passionate about building brands that attract and engage the right talents? As an Employer Branding Specialist, your task will be to strengthen our position as an attractive employer and help attract, develop, and retain the right employees!

In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with operational work. You will plan and implement initiatives that elevate our employer brand and promote employee development. The focus will primarily be on developing and strengthening Hemfrid's employer brand, but you will also collaborate with other companies within the Keyto Group. You will be part of our Talent Acquisition and Development team, where you will also support other functions in the team as needed.

Your responsibilities

As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and developing our performance management processes. You will work both strategically and operationally to create engagement, attract the right talents, and support the organization in achieving its goals. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as a strong focus on continuous improvement and development. You will:

• Plan and execute employer branding activities such as campaigns, events, and collaborations with universities.
• Create and publish content for social media and career pages in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Develop and implement performance management processes that support employees and managers.
• Conduct training and workshops to enhance understanding of performance development.
• Build relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to promote synergies.
• Support recruitment and other HR projects such as absenteeism, leadership support, etc.

You are a structured and results-oriented person with strong project management skills, combined with creativity and a solution-oriented approach. With excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English, you are skilled at building trusting relationships across teams and functions. You have knowledge in learning and development, focusing on performance and engagement, as well as the ability to switch between strategic thinking and operational execution. You thrive in dynamic and changing environments where you can contribute to developing and improving processes.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A bachelor's degree in HR, communication, marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in employer branding, HR, or communication-related roles.
• Documented experience in project management.
• Experience working with digital platforms and analytics tools.
• Previous experience in operational work with performance and employee development is a plus.
