Administrator for Local Services

Are you unpretentious and stimulated by handling various types of administrative tasks with a lot of customer contact? Are you also driven, positive, and service-oriented? Then you might be the one we are looking for as we need an administrator for the Local Services function.

About the Unit

Local Services is part of the Livgardet Regimental Staff and provides support for the personnel at the Regimental Staff as well as for other units at Livgardet. Foreign personnel also serve at Livgardet, which makes knowledge of English a requirement.

Main Responsibilities

Local Services primarily manages the administration of keys and cards, handling service cards with associated photography, parking permits, and transportation permits for Livgardet's training grounds. Other administrative tasks include various forms of orders, copying jobs, and management of printers and copiers, to name a few.

• High school education
• Relevant and current work experience in administrative work
• Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite
• Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Basic knowledge of English
• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Experience working with the Swedish Armed Forces' various support systems such as EMILIA, PRIO, VIDAR, and ISUS.
• Knowledge of photography
• Completed military service with approved grades or combat training

Livgardet is one of the largest units in the Swedish Armed Forces with roots dating back to 1521. We train tomorrow's soldiers, as well as military police and personnel for international missions.
