About the role of Claims Advisor

As a Claims Advisor at our client in Norrtälje, you will play a central role in managing claims processes and ensuring that customers receive the best possible service. You will assess, document, and communicate damages in dialogue with customers and insurance companies.

• Receive and handle claims reports from customers
• Perform assessments and calculations of damages
• Ensure clear and effective communication with customers and insurance companies
• Collaborate with workshop staff to plan and follow up on repairs

Qualifications for Claims Advisor

• Experience in claims management or a similar role is an advantage
• Basic technical understanding of vehicles and damage repairs
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B is required
• Familiarity with using computers and administrative systems
