The role of the training coordinator is central to strengthening both the authority's and our external partners' competence and security awareness. The position is based in Stockholm. Business trips, primarily domestic but also international, may occur.

We are looking for you

To succeed in this role, you need to have a post-secondary education in security protection, pedagogy, or a corresponding field that we assess as equivalent. We are looking for someone with several years of experience working with training, from planning and implementation to quality assurance and follow-up. Experience in security protection work or in the defense and security sector is particularly meritorious. You have a B driver's license, your knowledge of Swedish and English is very good, both orally and in writing, and you have the ability to communicate complex content clearly and understandably.

You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others and building long-term relationships. At the same time, you are independent and structured, with the ability to plan and prioritize your work to deliver high-quality results. About Us

The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) Security Protection Department (FMV Security Protection) is organizationally placed within the Legal and Security Staff. FMV Security Protection sets requirements, controls, trains, and supports FMV in the area of security protection. The goal of the security protection operations is to achieve a well-balanced security and to maintain protection for assets, operations, and deliveries.

Security protection, the protection against foreign intelligence activities, sabotage, crime, and influence operations, has received significantly increased focus in recent years, and the FMV Security Protection Department is facing a strong development journey. The department is responsible for standardization, control, and support in the area of security protection, both internally within the authority and externally towards the businesses and companies participating in our security-sensitive operations.
