Our business area Executive Management works with management positions within the finance function and offers both consulting services and permanent recruitment. In this role, you will primarily work with the consulting business.

Responsibilities

In the role of Executive Consultant, your main responsibilities will be:

• To be a key person in the growth journey for the Executive Management business area.
• Independently drive interim processes, with both client and candidate contact.
• Act as an advisor, both towards clients, candidates, and colleagues.
• Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with both clients and candidates in a professional manner while acting as an ambassador for Gazella.
• Identify, act, and create new business opportunities for Gazella.
• Ensure speed and quality through good collaboration with colleagues in the team and work towards goal management and KPIs.
• Contribute to further developing our processes and projects to improve working methods and methods within the business area, as well as identify market trends and act proactively on them.

Experience

For the role of Executive Consultant, we are looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience as a senior recruitment consultant, preferably within Interim Management, where you have driven consulting processes focusing on management roles within the finance function. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, as you meet candidates and clients daily where clear communication in both languages is required. We also see that you have a relevant academic degree, for example in human resources, behavioral science, or business administration.
