Pension Administrator at FörsäkringsGirot

SJR is now recruiting a Pension Administrator for FörsäkringsGirot. This is a consulting assignment starting as soon as possible with employment at SJR, where you will work as a hired consultant for FörsäkringsGirot for an initial period of 6 months. After that, there are great opportunities to be offered a permanent position at FörsäkringsGirot or to extend the assignment.

In the role of Pension Administrator, you will work with administration and support related to occupational pensions and other collective agreement insurances.

Main Responsibilities

As a Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for onboarding and the efficient administration process of insurances and pensions for our client companies. You will handle various types of customer inquiries with an emphasis on support via phone and case management systems, including payments, premiums, collective agreements, pensions, salaries, and much more.

Currently, FörsäkringsGirot is in a phase characterized by development and digitalization, and they are constantly working to create better and more cost-effective solutions for their customers. Therefore, it is crucial that you have a strong interest in systems and enjoy developing processes that simplify and simultaneously ensure the quality of administration. In this role, your friendly demeanor and social skills contribute to increased customer satisfaction. Your colleagues in the Pension Service consist of fantastic specialists and generalists who all want to enjoy working together, feel good, and ensure satisfied customers.

Suitable Background

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have a university degree in economics or equivalent. You have 1-2 years of relevant work experience in pension or insurance administration, and you have broad system experience as well as a technical/system interest and good experience as an Excel user. You possess strong communication skills with excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you have high social competence and a curious and accommodating approach. Furthermore, you are a driven and inquisitive person with a strong character and are used to leading yourself. Thanks to your friendly manner and your communication skills, you easily build good relationships, and you genuinely enjoy developing and helping both customers and colleagues.
