EM Nordic AB is one of the largest importers of musical instruments and professional audio equipment in the Nordic region. Our headquarters is located in the Sätra industrial area (about a 7-minute walk from the subway). We have a total of 40 people at the headquarters, of which 7 work in administration.

The EM Nordic group consists of 13 companies in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland with wholesale and retail operations. The group has a turnover of approximately 300 million SEK.

The group's business system is called Jeeves, and Kontek is used for payroll.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for monthly and annual financial statements, group consolidation, and preparation of the annual report.

Lead the work with ongoing bookkeeping.

Handle VAT and tax issues.

Be the contact person for auditors.

Group reporting for all companies in the group.

Further development of the finance department's routines and processes.

Assist with financial analyses and investigations.

Qualifications

You should preferably be a business economist with experience from the corporate world, preferably from smaller companies.

As we work with many international suppliers, good knowledge of English is a requirement.

Working Hours/Duration

Permanent full-time employment. Probationary period of 6 months.
