Your Responsibilities

Clockwork is now looking for junior administrators for upcoming assignments. Do you want to work with varied administrative tasks and be an important part of our team? In this role, you will have the opportunity to work operationally and support the business in several ways. You will be a central resource in keeping daily administrative processes organized and contributing to the efficient functioning of the operations.

Your Responsibilities

In this position, the following tasks may occur:

Manage administrative routines and workflows
Plan and coordinate various activities and projects
Work according to established routines to ensure smooth operations
Provide operational support to the business and contribute to the team's success
Draft letters, minutes, documentation, etc., in a professional manner
Handle recurring tasks such as copying, sorting, and mail management
Assist and provide service to one or more individuals, e.g., managers or departments
Be responsible for calendar bookings and meeting arrangements
Perform travel planning and coordination

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a structured and service-oriented attitude, who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, and you have good communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Required Competencies

The following competencies are required for this position:

High school education or equivalent
Knowledge of MS Office or equivalent programs
Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
