We are now recruiting a Business Controller for our Hygiene business area.

Are you a recent graduate in finance or a similar field and enjoy working with numbers in Excel? Now you have the opportunity to take a step in your career towards becoming a Business Controller. Our Business Controller acts as a bridge between the finance department and management. The role is crucial to ensure that the business area makes well-informed decisions based on reliable financial information. As a Business Controller for the Hygiene business area, you will have a broad role with very varied tasks.

You will:

Work with budgets and forecasts, as well as monthly follow-ups.

Be involved in shaping sales strategies and creating sales calculations to support the company's goals.

Act as an advisor to management and other decision-makers within the company, especially before important decisions such as investments and procurement.

Analyze and follow up on the company's results, key figures, profitability, and business plans.

Work on structured improvement efforts and perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.

Participate in international, national, or local projects to promote and enhance the quality of measurable processes within the business area.

We want you to have:

A post-secondary education in finance or similar.

Advanced knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with Power Query and Power Pivot.

Experience in analyzing businesses and presenting results.

Experience in developing key figures that have improved the business.

An eye for detail and numbers.

Analytical skills.

Good verbal and written language skills in Swedish and English.

Previous work experience in similar roles is an advantage.

You will report directly to the Region's CFO (Netherlands and Sweden) but will work closely with the business area's country manager and the Finance Business Partner for CWS Sweden AB.
