About the role Our colleague Amanda will be taking on her new role as a mother this spring, and we are now looking for a star who can step into her shoes as a substitute for one year. As an HRBP with us, you will work closely with the business to support our managers and employees within Synsam. You will be part of our wonderful and engaged People & HR team where you work closely with two HRBP colleagues, a training manager, a recruitment manager, and two recruiters who report to the Manager People & HR for Synsam Sweden, Sofia Rising.
Your task will be to drive operational HR issues and HR-related projects that support Synsam's strategy, business plan, and ongoing business development.
The work includes, among other things:
- Manager support and sparring partner to store operations where you offer guidance, support, and practical help in an engaging and secure manner
- Development, implementation, and follow-up of routines and processes for workplace environment work
- Working with the interpretation of collective agreements, labor law, and participating in union negotiations
- Conducting training and workshops for managers and employees in labor law
- Participating in projects where you contribute to the company's development and success
Who are you? To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- 2-4 years of experience as an HRBP, preferably with experience from retail but not a requirement
- Experience in broad HR work that includes labor law, leadership, and employee development as well as workplace environment work
- The ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and independence
- A business-oriented approach and enjoy a role where you can combine practical work with supporting the business in achieving its goals.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal

Application The role is a one-year substitute position starting in mid-March. We are located in nice premises on Sankt Eriksgatan in Kungsholmen.
