Kronans Apotek is now seeking a Category Coordinator for an assignment throughout 2025, where you will play a key role in ensuring that their assortment is managed correctly and efficiently. About the Role
In the role of Category Coordinator, you will gather, coordinate, and register product information in both business systems and PIM systems. You will also handle inquiries by distributing and responding to them, as well as working with price administration in the systems. A significant part of the work involves compiling information from various sources and validating data to ensure accuracy. You will also have regular contact with other departments, pharmacies, and suppliers regarding article information to ensure that all information is updated and correct.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Gather and register product information in business systems and PIM systems.
- Be responsible for inquiry management and price administration.
- Compile and validate data from various sources.
- Ongoing contact with departments, pharmacies, and suppliers regarding article information.
Who Are You?
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative work, preferably within retail or a similar industry.
- Strong skills in Excel and experience working with business systems and PIM systems.
- A structured and independent work style, with the ability to navigate in a changing environment.
- Attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach to handling complex tasks.
- Good communication skills and enjoy collaborating and building relationships with various parties.
