Role Description

As a customer enhancer, you will provide service to our customers by handling various interactions, both in writing and over the phone. You will be the company's voice and face to the outside world, so a professional and positive demeanor is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues quickly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up on cases and taking responsibility for your area of work.
• Understand and convey emotions and messages effectively via text and phone.
• Use our internal systems to manage orders, warranty cases, and customer inquiries.
• Be the face of the company as a driver for deliveries to our subscription customers.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in going the extra mile.
• Ability to work in a structured and responsible manner.
• Interest in bicycles and mopeds.
• Professionally handle Swedish in speech and writing.

Preferred

• Cheerful and positive personality.
• Interest and knowledge in sustainability.
• Experience in retail where high service levels are pursued.
• Class B driver's license.
