Tours & Tickets Stockholm AB operates under the parent company Enticon, alongside sister companies Skärgårdsrederiet Sweden AB and Red City Buses AB.

Enticon is an international company, headquartered in Amsterdam, that operates sightseeing, tourist information, and museums in Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen, and Stockholm.

Our Tours & Tickets store is the only tourist information center in Stockholm city where we provide first-class customer service and information about experiences, transport, and Stockholm to our guests.

For the 2025 season, we are looking for new talents who want to be part of our ambitious team!

As a sales associate, you will be our face to the public and the first point of contact for our guests. You will work at Stockholm Central Station, one of the most visited places in Stockholm, where you are expected to deliver world-class customer service as well as sell and promote our experience products.

We are looking for someone who:

· Is at least 18 years old

· Is responsible and reliable

· Is a joy-bringer with good social skills

· Is flexible and can work independently as well as part of a team

· Is curious and not afraid to take on new challenges

· Has excellent communication skills

· Has a business-oriented mindset and is goal-driven

· Speaks Swedish and English fluently (Meritorious: Spanish, Italian, German, French)

· Is stress-resistant and solution-oriented
