Customer Advisor for our in-house sales team at Furry Family!

Location: Stockholm/Vasastan (on-site – sorry no remote) Extent: 100% Start: Preferably yesterday, but we can settle for tomorrow.

Are you a top-notch salesperson? A social, driven doer who loves to compete and win? Then we might be a match made in heaven! At Furry Family, we are looking for a new customer advisor for our awesome in-house sales team, and it could be you we need!

What the job is about:

With us, it's action from the first minute! With the phone as your main tool, you will: Reach out to leads (we provide them for you!) and offer our fantastic products. Help new customers navigate through a jungle of products. Assist our existing customers!

In short – you are a matchmaker and a top-tier salesperson!

Are you the right fit for the role?

We are looking for someone who is energetic, driven, and full of ideas – and who loves to chat! We also want you to:

• Have experience in telephone sales and be great at it.
• Enjoy competing and chasing results, whether at work or in the paddle court.
• Be service-oriented and love solving customer problems.
• Have a background in sports – team spirit and a competitive mindset are always a plus.

To succeed in the role, you need:

A comfort with phone conversations and the ability to maintain engaging discussions. A drive to reach goals and break records (we love records!). Fluent Swedish in spoken and written form (contact also occurs via email with customers).
