Responsibilities

As a facilities coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all daily activities in the office. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing facilities service requests and liaising with contractors and suppliers.
• Reception and switchboard services, including answering calls and forwarding them to the appropriate department.
• General office services, such as keeping conference rooms clean and well-equipped.
• Meeting room configuration and event preparations.
• Mail and courier services, including handling incoming and outgoing mail.
• Cleaning and ensuring that cleaning is performed according to requirements.
• Document management and participation in monthly facilities meetings.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in facilities coordination or a similar role. You should have fluent English skills, both spoken and written, as well as good organizational abilities and attention to detail. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently is important, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
