Are you an engaged HR partner who wants to make a difference? We are now looking for a colleague for a fixed-term position who will play a crucial role in our organization. In this broad and varied role, you will have the opportunity to support managers in workplace environment issues, recruitment, and labor law, as well as drive issues related to equal conditions and strategic competence supply. What will you work with?
In the role of HR partner, you will:
- Work broadly within all HR-related areas, providing managerial support regarding workplace environment issues, including rehabilitation, labor law issues, and recruitment.
- Work with equal conditions and workplace environment.
- Work across agencies on issues such as strategic competence supply, organizational culture, and employee participation.
As an administrator, you will also perform regular tasks associated with the agency.
Who are we looking for?
Requirements for the position:
- Academic degree in human resources or another higher education degree that the employer assesses as equivalent.
- Current experience of broad HR work.

- Current experience of working with managerial support in daily operations.
- Experience in workplace environment issues.

- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Emphasis is placed on:
- Experience in competency-based recruitment.
- Experience in strategic competence supply.
- Experience in change processes.
- Government experience in HR work.
What does the unit do?
The HR unit works across agencies with strategic competence supply and employer branding, employee participation, leadership, and change management.
The unit leads processes regarding equal conditions, wage formation, as well as workplace environment and health. HR represents the employer towards trade unions and enters into collective agreements.
The unit contributes expertise and provides managerial support in areas such as labor law issues, recruitment, organizational and group development, and rehabilitation.
HR is responsible for payroll administration and reports personnel statistics.

About the employment
You will be employed as an administrator based at our office in Solna. The position is a special fixed-term employment for full-time until 2026-01-31. Start date will be as soon as possible by agreement.
As an employee of the Public Health Agency of Sweden, you may be placed in a war position. Certain positions are placed in a security class where Swedish citizenship may be a requirement. A security review will then be conducted in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
At the agency, there may be an opportunity to enter into an agreement for remote work up to 40 percent of your working time.
