Financial Administrator at the Riksbank
The Department of Internal Control and Operational Support is now seeking a Financial Administrator for the Finance Unit, who will work with knowledgeable and dedicated colleagues on the Riksbank's financial administration. With us, you will work in a dynamic environment where you contribute to genuine societal benefit.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
As a Financial Administrator, you will primarily work with the processing of invoice files, coding and payment of invoices, and serve as back-up for the accounts receivable and accounts payable responsible. You will also handle other financial administrative tasks such as invoice accruals and monitoring compliance with approval rules and coding instructions.
YOUR TEAM
The Finance Unit, which is part of the Department of Internal Control and Operational Support, is responsible for preparing the Riksbank's financial statements, foreign currency reserve reports, budgets, invoice administration, and financial system management. Currently, there are 8 people working in the unit. Here you can read more about the Riksbank's organization.
MORE ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in financial administration and at least three years of experience in invoice administration. You have good knowledge of financial systems, accounting, and the Office suite. Since you will have many contacts with our employees, it is important that you have good skills in both Swedish and English. Previous experience with the financial system Unit4/Agresso or similar is an advantage. You are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and structured. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team while also being used to working independently and taking initiative.

Start date: Immediate
Employment type: Permanent position, probationary period may apply,
Location: Head office Brunkebergstorg or Klarabergsgatan 33-35, Stockholm
Working hours: Trust-based working hours
Possibility to work remotely: 1 or 2 days a week

The position may be classified in a security class, and a security clearance including background checks, security interviews, and special personal investigations will be conducted for the final candidate. For certain positions, Swedish citizenship is required.
