Administrative Consultant Wanted at Optilon
Do you enjoy working administratively and want an exciting consulting assignment? We are looking for someone who is driven, positive, and enjoys working efficiently in an administrative role.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Optilon focuses on helping its clients utilize resources where they are most effective. Optilon is an engineering-based company that combines world-leading technology with Nordic expertise in Supply Chain. Founded in 2005, Optilon is now active throughout the Nordic region with offices in Sweden, Finland, and Klaipeda. Since its inception, Optilon has completed over 500 projects and currently employs around 75 people.
As an administrator at Optilon, you will play a central role in managing and organizing their projects in the time reporting system. You will review and administer contracts, adjust prices, and create billing materials in Visma. Another important part of your job is to ensure that purchase orders are sent on time to their partners while maintaining good communication regarding any questions. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that office supplies, such as copy paper and coffee, are always available.
This is a consulting assignment via Academic Work that begins with a 6-month fixed-term employment with a good chance of extension. The position is full-time between 08:00 and 17:00 at Optilon's office on Hantverkargatan.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for project setup in Optilon's own time reporting system
- Review, administer, price-adjust, and manage various contracts as well as create billing materials in Visma
- Ensure that purchase orders are sent on time to the company's partners and maintain contact with partners regarding any questions related to purchase orders
- Manage deliveries, ensuring that copy paper, coffee, and other office supplies are available
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has work experience in service and administration
- Can speak and write Swedish and English fluently
- Has good knowledge of the Office package & Outlook
It is a merit if you have:
- Previously worked as an administrator
- Good knowledge of Visma
