HR Coordinator

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an HR Coordinator for an exciting development phase where you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting expansion and grow together with the company!

Job Description

You will work closely with your colleagues in the HR department, which is responsible for driving HR issues based on business and operational goals in collaboration with management. The team ensures that the company complies with applicable collective agreements, labor law, and occupational health legislation, as well as handling issues related to corporate culture and change management.

In the role of HR Administrator, you will, among other things:

• Administer and coordinate collaboration with an outsourced payroll function regarding salaries, pensions, time reporting, and benefits, as well as support the organization in these matters.
• Be responsible for HR administrative work related to recruitment, including writing employment contracts and updating HR systems.
• Register and update employee data during employment and upon termination.
• Create and update procedural descriptions within the HR administrative area.
• If necessary, support colleagues in the HR department with broader HR-related tasks.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in a similar HR administrative role. You have good system knowledge and thrive in an environment where structure and order are central. Experience in building routines and job descriptions within HR, working with outsourced payroll providers, or previous work with collectively employed staff is an advantage.

You are an unpretentious, service-oriented, and team-oriented person with a structured working method. The ability to navigate in a changing environment and prioritize correctly is crucial. Since the role involves internal and external contact points, you need to be able to create and maintain trusting relationships.

This is a consulting assignment that initially runs from 2025-02-01 to 2025-09-30, with the possibility of extension. You will be a consultant at Jurek but will work at our client’s office, centrally located in Stockholm, with the possibility of hybrid work two days a week, provided it fits the business.
