About the position

Feelgood is Sweden's leading health company for the modern workplace. Feelgood helps companies and organizations improve their productivity and reduce costs. They do this through systematic and preventive work with work environment, sustainable health, leadership, employee engagement, and when necessary, rehabilitation and crisis management.

As a customer service employee at Feelgood, you will be part of a team of 25 employees working with orders and advice. Your tasks will largely consist of answering calls from customers and making an assessment of the next steps based on those calls. You will also handle customer orders and related administration. The position mainly involves providing good service, acting as an advisor, solving problems, and being attentive. You should be able to handle periods of higher workload and be skilled at working systematically.

We are looking for someone who is driven, flexible, and responsible. You are communicative and work well in a team. You are solution-oriented, service-minded, and want to contribute to a positive development, both internally and towards customers. Furthermore, we see that you have a strong work ethic and the ability to plan your own work. You are used to quickly adapting to new systems and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have at least 2 years of experience in administrative tasks and can communicate fluently in Swedish and English. At a minimum, you have a high school diploma. The right candidate has a healthcare background and likely experience in service in some capacity. It is also an advantage to have worked with customer relations.

Scope

The position is full-time during office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The location is at Feelgood's office in Telefonplan, south of Stockholm, with some possibility for remote work about 2 days a week.
