EMJ Installation & Bemanning AB is growing and we are now looking for more employees for our Recruitment Department for B2B!

Experience in sales and/or work over the phone and email is an advantage. This includes all forms of telemarketing, corporate sales, appointment booking, and other types of jobs where you have customer contact.

Experience in leadership is an extra advantage.

Experience from the staffing industry is an extra advantage.

Fluent Swedish and very good computer skills are a requirement.

The Position:

The position starts part-time (approximately 20 hours/week).

The position is hybrid. Much of the work can be done remotely, but for establishing consultants and on-site meetings with new and existing customers, site visits are required.

A driver's license (B) is required and access to a personal car is a must.

At EMJ Installation & Bemanning AB, you will primarily work with initial contact with new and previous customers.

We offer a varied and challenging workday where no day is the same as the other.

You will work in the appointment booking team, where we contact companies all over Sweden, both small and large, with the aim of booking a meeting with a relevant decision-maker. We contact both private and public companies via phone and email. All meetings we book are scheduled for a local salesperson working with our client. You will continuously have contact with local salespeople in different locations and thus act as the spider in the web to support the business.

In the consultant manager part of the position, you will match and place consultants, follow up on assignments, drive recruitment processes from start to finish, and have personnel responsibility for the consultants you recruit. You will create networks, build long-term relationships, and develop the business together with existing and new customers.
