Administrator Wanted for Consulting Company in Stockholm
We are looking for a skilled administrator for our client's headquarters in central Stockholm. You will be responsible for training administration and support alongside several colleagues. ABOUT THE POSITION
On behalf of our client, a Swedish company offering consulting services in technology and architecture, we are seeking someone who wants to work as an administrator.
As an administrator, you will be part of a small team of 4 people and report to the team manager, who is also the head of the Shared Service Center. The team is based at our client's headquarters located in Kungsholmen. In this role, you will support the internal organization and have two main areas of responsibility – managing administration related to internal training and providing support and administration in matters within the team's area of responsibility.
As an administrator, you will work daily in several different systems such as case, ERP, and HR systems. For those who are motivated to identify improvements, there are opportunities to develop internal processes and routines, as well as come up with new ideas for working smarter with the systems.
The position is a staffing assignment via Academic Work expected to last for 6 months.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Set up and edit courses and programs in the system
- Provide user support and contribute to the development of systems and services
- Internal invoicing of courses and programs
- Advising course leaders and the organization's administrators in their course development
- Streamlining work methods and tasks
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has completed high school education
- Has previous experience working in an administrative/coordinating role
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English as you will use both languages in your daily work
It is an advantage if you have
- Previous experience working with course or training administration
- Good system skills where you feel comfortable navigating a case management system, booking system, HR system, or equivalent
