Job Responsibilities

Here you will truly make a difference in the daily. Together, we handle over 1000 cases per month at the service center via visits, phone, and email. We grow and learn together; no question is too small or too big!

Joan, Teamleader Service Center

Do you want to join us on a journey of development towards becoming a modern service organization? We are now looking for an engaged community advisor for our service center in Nykvarn Municipality. If the municipality's operations are the arms and legs, then the service center is the heart. At the service center, a small and dedicated team works every day to receive cases from our residents, which we mostly answer ourselves or forward to the municipality's various operations.

As a community advisor, your mission is to provide our customers with information and guidance via phone and email, which we manage in our case management system Artvise. You, along with your colleagues, are responsible for incoming mail handling, responding to the municipality's Facebook, and receiving personal visits at the municipal office's reception. The service center supports the municipality's internal customers with, among other things, telephony, orders, and internal operation-specific tasks.

Development and Future

The service center has undergone a transformation in the past year to become a modern service organization. This means that we take on more tasks from our offices to relieve the core operations. Here, there are great opportunities for you to grow and learn more about the municipality's various parts. By 2025, the service center aims to become a gateway to the municipality for our residents, businesses, associations, and visitors, a journey we hope you want to be a part of.

Additional Information

Nykvarn Municipality is a Finnish administrative area, and we consider it an advantage if you speak Finnish.

For this position, you must have a B driver's license. 

Qualifications

We want you to have:

• High school diploma with basic eligibility for higher education
• Previous experience in service/customer service
• Very good ability to handle several different IT-based systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of the English language.
• Positive attitude
• Previous experience using the phone as a work tool (We have Artvise contact center) 

Meritorious:

• Post-secondary education in service, administration, or similar
• Previous experience in case management
• Previous experience working in the public sector within the municipality
• Finnish is meritorious as Nykvarn Municipality is a Finnish administrative area
