About the Role
Are you ready to become part of a dynamic team that puts customer experience at the forefront? We are looking for an engaged Customer Solution Specialist who wants to help Retriever's customers succeed through innovative support and training solutions!
As a Customer Solution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and strengthening relationships with the company's largest and most strategic customers. You will be an important part of our Customer Solutions team, where your focus will be on delivering tailored solutions, building long-term relationships, and ensuring our customers get maximum value from our services.

Your Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include:
- Support and Customer-Centric Solutions: Build and maintain trusting relationships with our customers. Through regular contact and a customer-centered approach, you ensure that their unique needs are met.
- Expert Support: Identify customer needs and propose solutions that enhance the customer's use of our products and services.
- Specialist Knowledge and Development: Develop expertise in one or more of our business areas and act as a superuser, supporting both customers and internal teams with specialist knowledge.
- Product Development and Feedback: Collaborate with product owners and the development department to test and improve new features. You share insights from customers to ensure that our services meet market needs.
- Knowledge Sharing and Documentation: Contribute to building the organization's knowledge base by documenting processes, sharing insights, and developing training materials.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in support and customer relations within the B2B segment.
- Is communicative and has the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical problem-solving.
- Is analytical and proactive, with a desire to constantly improve and develop.
- Has a strong technical understanding and preferably experience collaborating with development and product teams.
