We are looking for someone whose heart beats for our customers to see us as the obvious choice for personal assistance, where the customer can get the most out of life every day.

In the role of informant at Nordström, your main task will be to provide more customers the opportunity to get to know us at Nordström, our offerings, and see if we can be their new assistance company! The service area for this position is Stockholm and the North, which means you will operate in a large geographical area where travel and overnight stays are required.

The customers you meet in various contexts will include both individuals who are in the process of applying for personal assistance decisions and those who already have a decision today. You will be responsible for planning and executing your own activities within the market segment as well as independently conducting your own customer visits.

Your tasks will include:

• Working with proactive/outreach customer meetings and customer activities

• Participating in company-wide events, e.g. fairs

• Networking and developing collaborations with external parties, e.g. associations

• Actively creating relationships with new customers

• Developing relationships with existing customers

About you

In this role, you will be responsible for your total activity in the area, and it is important that you are self-driven, motivated, creative, and willing to take your own initiatives. Being courageous, responsible, and performance-oriented is essential, as you will work towards clear goals. As a person, you are caring, attentive, service-oriented, enjoy networking, and build good relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role and assignments in relationship-building sales with individual needs

• Experience working towards set goals

• Solid experience in the care and nursing industry, particularly in personal assistance

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

• Driving license B

• Engaged in community life, networks, etc. within personal assistance
• Additional language skills

You will report in this role to the Marketing and Sales Manager at Nordström Assistans.

More about the position and recruitment

We are primarily looking for someone who is based at our office in Danderyd, Stockholm.

The position is full-time, and the working hours are mainly during the day, Monday to Friday. There may also be some work in the evenings or on weekends in the form of customer meetings and activities.

Travel is included in the position, and overnight stays may occur.

Start date: March 2025, by agreement.
