About the position: You will be offered a varied role and be part of a team where collaboration is as natural as the ability to work independently. The sales group consists of 6 salespeople, where you as an inside salesperson have a key role and communicate daily with colleagues, customers, and partners. In your role as an inside salesperson, your tasks will include conducting needs analysis, creating quotes, and selling our services. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails from both existing and new customers. A good administrative ability is required as you will also update contracts and provide support to the outside salespeople. We prefer that you work from the office most of the time, but it is of course perfectly fine to also manage your job from home or another location when life requires flexibility.

Your Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact potential and existing customers and build long-term business relationships.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Work together with the team to achieve common goals.
• Maintain and update the customer register.

Your qualities:

• Strong commitment to sustainability.
• Warm and open to creating positive customer experiences.
• Driven and results-oriented, seeing the profitability in the bigger picture, with sustainable and circular projects.
• Ability to work independently, as well as being involved and reliable in team work.
• Excellent communication skills and strong administrative abilities.

Preferred qualifications for the position:

• Experience in sales or the service industry for 1-2 years.
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Previously worked in Microsoft Dynamics and/or Getaccept.
• Knowledge of the Office suite.
