Sway Sourcing is looking for a Procurement Specialist for an assignment with one of our clients in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and lasts for 6 months, starting immediately. You will be part of the Tech Procurement team and work with sourcing and purchasing of software, primarily within the Engineering SaaS and Security & Risk Management portfolios, as well as support in other categories as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage various technology categories, including Engineering SaaS, Security & Risk Management, and hardware.
• Conduct supplier assessments and support performance tracking.
• Perform cost analyses, market analyses, and ensure requirements are met.
• Drive category strategy including negotiations, RFQs, and process design.
• Manage supplier relationships and update the company's purchasing contract database.
• Create and analyze reports, dashboards, and scorecards to identify optimization opportunities.

Your ProfileWe are looking for someone who:

• Has 3–7 years of experience in technology-focused procurement and sourcing.
• Has experience leading RFx processes and working with indirect materials.
• Is organized, data-driven, and delivery-focused with a global perspective.
• Has strong communication skills and can express complex ideas clearly.
• Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoys working in teams.
• Has experience creating structure in ambiguous situations.
