Do you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are currently seeking a Data Analyst Consultant to join a Retail BI & Analytics team for a 6-month parental cover.

About the Team

The Retail BI & Analytics team gathers diverse data competencies, including Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Product Data Analysts, and Business Intelligence Analysts. The team collaborates closely with stakeholders within the retail function and regional teams to enable data-driven decisions, tools, and processes.

In this role, you will work closely with retail stakeholders and colleagues to address key priorities on the retail agenda. Specifically, you will use internal and external data to analyze areas such as store and online growth, customer behavior, and store planning. You will provide proactive analysis and decision support for strategic decisions and key initiatives, collaborating with other retail teams to tackle complex business challenges.

To succeed, you’ll need to take initiative, manage projects independently, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and combine technical expertise with business acumen to deliver actionable insights.

In This Role You Will:

• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders in retail, both globally and regionally, to understand their analytical needs.
• Transform business questions into analyses that result in actionable insights, managing the full analysis process from defining the question to presenting your findings.
• Analyze large datasets and select, test, and develop the best methods or models for your analyses using tools such as SQL, R, Python, Power BI, or other analytics platforms.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to address urgent questions and provide rapid insights when needed.
• Support key analyses, derive insights, and prepare communication materials for senior stakeholders to inform strategic initiatives and decisions.

About the assignment

For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
