We at Bee Bemanning are now looking for a Key Account Manager for our client to drive and develop collaboration with larger Nordic customers in home electronics.

About the role In this role, you will be a key player in implementing the global strategy for Home Appliances in the Nordic market. The position is located in a district north of Stockholm and you will report directly to the Nordic Sales Manager. The role includes regular travel within the Nordics as well as visits to Stockholm every week. Global travel may also occur 1-2 times a year for trade shows or visits to the headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the global strategy for Home Appliances in the Nordic market.
  • Be responsible for sales, product mix, profitability, and campaign planning for major Nordic accounts.
  • Understand our retailers' and competitors' strategies and changes in the market landscape.
  • Lead forecasting and planning processes for assigned accounts.
  • Perform detailed analysis of purchases, inventory, and sales (PSI) at our retailers.
  • Carry out administration related to internal reports and sales programs.
  • Ensure profitability targets for the Home Appliances business.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of senior-level sales management experience.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, preferably with a basic understanding of Norwegian.
  • Experience from multinational companies is an advantage, preferably within consumer electronics.
  • Ability to work analytically and systematically with sales data and forecasting tools.
  • Driver's license (B)
