Your Responsibilities

As an Order Coordinator, you will be part of the Inside Sales and Customer Service team, a well-functioning group that collaborates and supports each other. In your role, you will follow the entire chain from customer inquiries to invoicing an order.

Your responsibilities will mainly include:

  • Receiving inquiries
  • Distributing incoming emails
  • Order registration
  • Purchasing
  • Writing quotes and following up on them
  • Invoicing
  • Own customer responsibility on an administrative basis
  • Contact with factories in the USA, the UK, and Italy

The above constitutes the foundation of the position. It is a job with periods of high tempo and varied tasks.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a couple of years of experience in similar tasks where you have worked with administration, order management, and customer service. Previous experience from the mentioned tasks in a company with warehousing is particularly meritorious. To succeed in the role, you need to be meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented. Since the role also involves many points of contact both internally within the company and externally, we are looking for someone with good communication skills and a high sense of service. You are an independent problem solver who works efficiently and functions well in a team.

As the company is international and has English as the corporate language, it is important that you speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English. Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and good knowledge of Excel is particularly meritorious.
