Your main responsibilities include:

Planning and coordinating transport via road, rail, air, and sea to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Handling administrative tasks and documentation related to our logistics flows, where accuracy is crucial.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, both nationally and internationally. Your ability to build trust and communicate clearly plays a crucial role here.
Acting as a problem solver and driving projects forward, always aiming to deliver the best solutions for our customers.

Who Are You?

You have previous experience in coordination, administration, or project management and thrive in a role where you can be the spider in the web. You possess strong problem-solving skills and are a doer with energy and initiative. Furthermore, you communicate confidently in both Swedish and English.

Personality-wise, you are cheerful, social, and willing to reach out – both by phone and in meetings. You are curious, service-oriented, and have a hands-on attitude. We are looking for a team player who enjoys working in a team and has the desire to contribute to Arts Logistics' success.
